A recipient of the prestigious Cole Scholarship, he recently completed his Bachelor's degree in trumpet performance from Cal State Long Beach and is now pursuing his Master's degree. Kurt teaches privately and enjoys spending time with his wife, Beth, and their two dogs Bonnie and Willow.
